CPU經常維持在56C是正常嗎？

請問P4 - 3.G EE的CPU，在長時間使用常經常維持在51至56度左右，是正常的嗎？室內温度是26度，而長期在這温度之下CPU會出事嗎？這CPU要升到幾高的温度之下才算會有危險呢？請多多指教！
